Warranty

Every Capri d’Oro piece is backed by our 1-year warranty: if the gold plating fades, discolours or the piece develops a manufacturing defect under normal wear within one year of delivery, we replace it free of charge.

What’s covered

• Fading or discolouration of the 18k gold plating under normal wear.
• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship (e.g. clasps, links, settings).

What’s not covered

• Normal surface wear such as fine scratches.
• Accidental damage, loss or theft.
• Damage from misuse, alteration or harsh chemicals applied directly to the piece.

How to claim

Email info@capridoro.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. If covered, we ship a replacement at no cost; if the piece is no longer available, we offer an equivalent piece or a refund.

Your legal rights

This voluntary warranty is in addition to — and does not limit — the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity that EU law gives you for all goods.
