Shipping

All orders ship from Rome, Italy within 1–2 business days, tracked. Shipping is free on orders over €50. Below that, the flat rates are:

  • Italy — €4.90 · 1–3 business days
  • Spain — €5.90 · 3–5 business days
  • France — €5.90 · 3–5 business days
  • Portugal — €6.90 · 4–6 business days
  • Germany, Netherlands, Belgium — €6.90 · 3–5 business days

We currently ship only to the countries above; we hope to add more soon. Delivery times are estimates from dispatch.

30-day returns

Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to return any item, no questions asked. Items must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, email info@capridoro.com with your order number — we will reply with the return address and instructions. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty or not what you ordered.

Refunds

Refunds go to the original payment method within 14 days of the return arriving, and at the latest within the deadlines set by EU law.

EU right of withdrawal

Independent of our 30-day policy, EU/EEA consumers have the statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To exercise it, send an unequivocal statement (e.g. an email to info@capridoro.com) within that period — you may use the model form below but it is not obligatory. We refund all payments including standard delivery costs within 14 days of being informed (we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or proof of return). You are liable only for any diminished value from handling beyond what is needed to establish the nature and characteristics of the item.

Model withdrawal form: “To Capri d’Oro (info@capridoro.com): I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: [item], ordered on [date] / received on [date]. Name and address of consumer: […]. Date: […]. (Signature only if this form is sent on paper.)”

Faulty items

If something arrives damaged or develops a fault, you are covered by the EU 2-year legal guarantee of conformity and our 1-year plating warranty — email us and we will make it right at no cost to you.
